To arms Girls! It's Needle time!

Sometimes the best way to help yourself, is to help someone else. Another piece of good advice, is to try keep yourself busy. Something else that is rather interesting is that a lot of celebrities have taken up knitting to pass the time on set and for it’s stress relieving qualities. So, taking all three of these interesting tit bits into account, I have the perfect project to help you relieve stress, help others and be seriously trendy. That’s just crazy talk you say. Well believe it cause it’s true!

Hey pesto! You've just knitted a little boy or girl a beautiful jersey! It shouldn’t take long to complete a jersey or 2. Once you’re done, drop off your jersey at a local children’s ward.
If you’re in Cape Town, Nazareth House and Tygerberg hospital are great hospitals to support.

Help yourself, help orphans, relieve stress, spend time with Alexander Skarsgaurd. This is 100% guaranteed to make you feel much, much, much better about yourself and the world at large!

Love Jen xxx
